The Challenge

Innotec had the task of researching and profiling potential customers for Wacom’s systems and services. To ensure the right approach, we also had to develop an individual process and secure sales access.

The Solution

Using our unique methodology, we examined the market and developed sales potential for Wacom. In line with the scope of the project, we contacted German-speaking target accounts and penetrated into their buying/procurement centres. The specific industries where we managed to generate sales included healthcare, hotel business and POS services.

Benefits / Results

In about 12 months, innotec generated 70 qualified leads in the three core market segments. We connected directly with many decision-makers in all important key companies of the relevant business industries. Furthermore, we fulfilled the pipeline requirements in terms of concrete opportunities, contributing an estimated potential sales volume of more than 2 million euro over the next 2 years.
